All quotes are based on the initial information provided and are subject to change after an in-person inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted based on system size, ductwork, materials, or unforeseen site conditions.

3. Payments & Invoicing

Payment terms are outlined in your signed service agreement. We accept cash, check, and approved financing. Any remaining balance not covered by financing or rebates is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before project completion.

4. Scheduling & Service Delays

Scheduled dates are estimates and may change due to weather, permit timelines, parts availability, or other unexpected events. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible.

5. Warranties & Repairs

Soligo Air provides limited warranties on system installations and workmanship, as described in your agreement. Warranty coverage may be voided by third-party damage, improper use, or failure to perform routine maintenance.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your service by providing written notice prior to installation. Refunds, if applicable, will be reduced by any costs already incurred. Once installation begins, any refund will be prorated based on project progress.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use licensed subcontractors, technicians, or partners to complete your HVAC project. All work performed by third parties is managed and quality-controlled by Soligo Air.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soligo Air LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, copy, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Soligo Air LLC or its content providers. No content may be reused or republished without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida.

Soligo Air uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with customers regarding various aspects of their service. Types of messages you may receive include: Appointment reminders, Service updates, Billing notices, Promotions (if opted in), Customer surveys and satisfaction follow-ups.
