Spring & Fall AC Tune-Ups for Florida Homes

In spring we deep-clean coils, confirm airflow and refrigerant charge, and flush the condensate line to stop summer breakdowns.
In fall we restore efficiency after heavy runtime, clear algae from the drain, and recheck ducts and electrical connections. We verify outdoor unit anchoring, drainage, and surge protection so you’re storm-season ready.

When’s the best time to schedule my AC tune-up?
